WiseEye SmartCam Warranty Policy:
WiseEye warranties your SmartCam for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacture’s defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage that is caused by misuse, abuse or acts of nature. If you have an issue with your camera, do not contact the store you purchased it from, please contact WiseEye customer service department at (225) 478-4026. Do not disassemble the camera in any way or try to repair it yourself, as this will VOID the warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service. Camera must have registration completed within 14 days of purchase. This registration can be used as the proof of purchase date if receipt is not available.
Procedures:
WiseEye warrants the camera for 2 years from the date of purchase. If camera is proved to be defective during this 2 year period, WiseEye will repair or replace the camera at our discretion with a new or refurbished camera of equal value that is compatible with said camera. Warranty is not extended beyond original purchaser or purchase date.
Shipping charges for a warranty return is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping for a valid warranty claim will be paid by WiseEye (US customers only).
Shipping charges for a claim deemed non-warranty (misuse, abuse or acts of nature) or other non-warranty returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Service only available in the US.
All Returns must have a RMA number provided by WiseEye.
Copy of Proof of Purchase is required with all returns.
WiseEye is not responsible for lost or damaged cameras during shipment.
Insurance is recommended for returns but not required.
Customer is liable for any damages or loss from shipping returns without insurance.
WiseEye insures all our packages for full retail value.
