SmartCam Warranty Policy:
WiseEyeTech warranties your SmartCam for a 2 year period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacture’s defects and does not cover damage that is caused by misuse or abuse. If you have an issue with your camera, do not contact the store you purchased it from, please contact WiseEyeTech’s customer service department toll free at (225) 478-4026. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service. Camera must have prior registration completed within 14 days of purchase. This registration can be used as proof of purchase date if receipt is not available.
WiseEyeTech warrants the camera for 2 years form purchase date. If camera is proved to be defective during this 2 year period, WiseEyeTech will repair the camera, or replace the camera at our discretion with a new or refurbished camera that is compatible with said camera. Warranty is not extended beyond original purchase date.
Return shipping will be paid by WiseEyeTech (US only)and returned shipping to be billed to customer and must be paid prior to return shipping.

All Returns must have a RMA number provided by WiseEyeTech (see below)
Copy of Proof of Purchase is required with returns
WiseEyeTech is not responsible lost or damaged cameras in shipping
Insurance is recommended for returns but not required
Without insurance, customer is liable for any damages or loss from shipping
