Yes, you can check and monitor your data usage at any time to calculate your monthly bill. On the Mobile App go to “My Profile” at the top right and tap “Data Usage” at the bottom right. On the website version, click the “Data Usage” tab.
Yes, you can have multiple users on the account as long as there are at least 10 IMEI numbers associated with it. However, we cannot split payments between users; only one user’s billing information can be used per account. You can also use the sharing feature to allow other users to view or manage the cameras in your account.
No, there are no contracts or hidden fees associated with the Ranch Plus Plan. There includes a one-time account setup fee of $25, but the Pre-Pay Plan does not require a set-up fee. Our subscription plans are flexible, and you can cancel or pause your account at any time without penalty.
Add cameras at any time and billing will be adjusted automatically once cameras are activated.
