How many cameras do I need to have to qualify for the Ranch Program?
You are required to have 10 IMEI numbers in your account to qualify for the Ranch Program.
Can I cancel the plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. Keep in mind, canceling your plan will cause your images to be lost.
Can I pause the plan at any time?
Yes, you can pause and resume your plan or individual cameras at any time.
How do I get billed?
For the monthly Ranch Program, billing occurs a month after the original sign up date, and the total is based on your data usage from the previous month. For the Pre-Pay Ranch Program, you pay upfront at checkout and billing will occur on the 2nd of every month. Use the calculator above to estimate how long your funds will last.
What happens if my card expires or is cancelled?
Your cameras will be put on-hold until you are able to update your payment method on file by logging into your account at wiseeyetech.com/my-account and updating your payment method. Feel free to call us as well to update your payment method.
How many images or videos is 1 GB of data?
1 GB of data is approximately 9,000 HD images or 139 minutes of HD Video (720P)
Can I check my data usage at any time? If so, how?
Yes, you can check and monitor your data usage at any time to calculate your monthly bill. On the Mobile App go to “My Profile” at the top right and tap “Data Usage” at the bottom right. On the website version, click the “Data Usage” tab.
What happens if my pre-paid amount is used up before the end of my estimated time?
If your pre-paid funds run out before the estimated time, you can purchase additional data to keep your cameras running. You’ll receive multiple notifications in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly.
What is considered an active camera?
An active camera is one that has used at least 500kb of data in that monthly billing cycle. (500kb is between 2-5 images taken) or one that is not suspended in your account.
Can there be more than one person on a Ranch Plan?
Yes, you can have multiple users on the account as long as there are at least 10 IMEI numbers associated with it. However, we cannot split payments between users; only one user’s billing information can be used per account. You can also use the sharing feature to allow other users to view or manage the cameras in your account.
Are there any contracts or hidden fees?
No, there are no contracts or hidden fees associated with the Ranch Program. Our subscription plans are flexible, and you can cancel or pause your account at any time without penalty.
How long can I pause my subscription for?
You can keep your account on hold for up to 12 consecutive months. If the account is not reactivated within this period, it will be canceled, and all images and data will be deleted.
Can I get a refund on Pre-Paid balance?
Your balance will remain on file as a credit and can be refunded by request. This will require your account to be closed, and all information deleted. The remaining balance will be refunded once the account has been closed.
How does WiseEye determine how many cameras are associated with my account?
All Ranch Plan account will be audited daily. Discrepancy accounts will be placed on hold until resolved.
I would like to add additional cameras to my Ranch account, what is the process / cost?
Add cameras at any time and billing will be adjusted automatically once cameras are activated.
Several of my cameras were stolen. How will this impact my plan?
Suspend the cameras in your account as soon as possible. Please contact our customer success department. We will assist you with removing the cameras from your plan and replacement options.
My camera malfunctioned and consumed a large amount of data?
Suspend the impacted camera immediately and contact our customer success department.
How do I change my billing date?
Contact customer success at least 7 days prior to billing.
